Wine Spectator Insider Semiannual Report: 1,024 wines at 90-plus points have appeared in the Insider in the first half of 2018, and they're all here! Two special wines from France scored a whopping 99 points; 13 other wines from France and Italy rounded out the cream of the crop at 98 points. California also came out strong, as well as discoveries from Australia, Germany, South Africa, Spain and beyond.
