Spate of Lawsuits Targets Premier Cru Customers

Approximately 60 lawsuits have targeted customers of the notorious wineshop Premier Cru, which went bankrupt in 2016. Why the lawsuits? The court-appointed trustee alleges that these customers received partial deliveries of wine or partial refunds, which gave them an unfair edge in bankruptcy proceedings. Wine Spectator's Peter Hellman reports.
